Ipapayi ni urubuto ruryoha ku bantu benshi, ariko si ukuryoha gusa, ahubwo ni n’urubuto rwiza ku buzima bw’abantu kuko rukize ku ntungamubiri zirimo: fibres, calcium, phosphore, fer, papaïne, thiamine, niacine, n’izindi vitamine.
